Orla Kiely's philosophy is that good design is not over designed and functionality is king. It was that philosophy that led to the creation of her first range of signature stem print handbags.

Launched in the 1990's, when fashion was black and conceptual, the freshness she achieved through her use of colour and pattern in that collection created an instant appeal. Over the following decade that small, considered, bag collection has grown to include a complete ready-to -wear women's wear line, accessories, travel and home.
