There are several methods in which you may place an order with Oh Baby!:
Placing an Order Online
Our web site is open for business 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Purchasing our
products online using our secure server is the easiest way to order our
products and the quickest way for you to receive them! Don't forget to visit
the Barefoot Dreams Backroom to find special savings everyday.
Placing an Order by Phone
You may place an order by telephone by calling us toll free at 866.873.BABY
(2229). We will be happy to take your order during our regular hours: Monday
through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. central time or Saturday between
10:00 and 5:00 central time. If we are unavailable, please leave a message and
we will return your call.
Placing an Order by Fax
You may also order by fax at 512.478.9537. Please include:

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. If you
prefer to pay with a check, you may send a copy of the order and the check to:

Prices & Tax

Sales Tax:
The Federal Government requires that we collect sales tax for items
shipped within the state of Texas, where OHbaby! maintains a physical presence.

Price differences:
We make every attempt to have consistent pricing throughout our website
and store. Occasionally we offer special prices that are exclusive to our
website. Please call us at 866.873.BABY (2229) if you have any questions about
pricing.

Price Adjustments: If you previously purchased an
item(s) that is now on sale, we will gladly offer you a price adjustment if the
original date of shipment for your order was within 14 days of the sale
offering. ***Please note that our Price Adjustment policy during our
Bye-Bye Cozy Chic Sale is effective through April 5th only. After April
5th, we will not be able to honor price reductions on Cozy Chic Sale items due
to the nature of our tiered sale.
Changes and Cancellations
Please contact us immediately at 512.478.3785, toll free at 1.866.873.BABY
(2229), or fax us at 512.478.9537 should you need to make any changes to your
order. Please provide us with your invoice number if it is available. You may
email order changes to sales@ohbabyaustin.com. However, due to the
unreliability of communication via email, order changes requested via email
cannot be guaranteed and we recommend that you follow up your email with a
phone call or fax to verify that your email was received.
Shipping
Standard Shipping
OHbaby! currently offers FREE standard shipping on all orders with merchandise totals of $200.00 or more (some exclusions apply to oversized
items). For orders less than $100.00, standard shipping charges are a flat rate of $7.50. For orders over $100.00, but less than $200.00, standard
shipping charges are a flat rate of $5.00. Our standard method of shipment is via FedEx. In certain situations and at our discretion, we will ship
via the United States Postal Service. Our customers have the ability to select FedEx 1 day air, 2 day air, or ground service. Please note that
FedEx ground service takes anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to arrive, depending upon the destination. FedEx does NOT pick up or deliver on
Saturdays. FedEx does not deliver to residential addresses on Mondays. OHbaby! cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier. Currently,
our website cannot process international orders; please call if you would like us to ship to a destination outside of the U.S. For international
orders, OHbaby! is not responsible for additional fees imposed by the destination country, such as duty taxes. OHbaby! will not be responsible for
nor refund any such fees. Sales tax of 8.25% will be added to all orders with a billing address within Texas.
Order Status
Please log-in to your account to view the order history for your account and
track the status of current orders. You can expect to receive your in-stock
items within 5 - 10 business days. If you have any questions regarding an order
you have placed, you may e-mail us at sales@ohbabyaustin.com or call toll free

Returns & Exchanges
Within 21 days of receipt of merchandise, we will credit your original method of
payment, excluding shipping and handling charges. After 21 days all returns are
for exchanges or store credit only. Please…no returns, exchanges or store
credit after 60 days from date of purchase. We must have a policy to prevent
abuse, and we cannot make exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your
understanding. Please return items securely wrapped. All articles must be in
saleable condition; previously worn articles are not returnable. Oh Baby!
reserves the right to charge a re-packaging fee of 5%, which will be enforced
if items are returned without the original packaging material. Shipping and
handling charges are one direction only; we do not pay shipping on return
items. Returns may be sent to the address indicated in number 2 above.
